Chris Noto, a former Pan Jiu Jitsu Silver Medalist, is a mental skills trainer and performance coach with over 20 years experience mentoring the top athletes and youth sports teams across the country. He is the youngest coach to corner in both the NJ wrestling state finals and NHSCA National Finals in 1999, coaching elite wrestling champions at just 20 years old. In 2008 he transitioned to a mental skills trainer for all sports and has personally coached several state and national champion athletes across multiple sports further validating that training your mind is a clear, effective competitive advantage. He has helped many athletes achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, deal with pressure with a single focus to become the best version of themselves.
Dr. Lombardy earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lehigh University, where he was also a Division 1 student athlete. He is a former NJSIAA wrestling state finalist and received his master’s from Seton Hall University, and his doctorate from the Department of Psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He specializes in sports psychology coaching, parent training, and helping individuals with life transitions, such as entering college. Dr. Lombardy has been a psychology teacher at Millburn High School for several years and is also an adjunct professor of psychology at Seton Hall University.
